Founder & President, Soccer Goes to School Inc, 2008, Tampa, Fl

• Created a program that has served so far more than 2500 students in the schools of Hillsborough Count, Fl through healthy soccer activities.
• Provided Goalkeeper Training Services to the USF Women's Soccer Team since 2010
• Provided Soccer Coaching and Goalkeeper Training services to Houston Dynamo Tampa Bay (former Florida Revolution Soccer Club ) since 2010.
• Provided Goalkeeper Training Services to RSL Florida during the Season 2010-2011.
• Provided Soccer Coaching and Training Services to the Brandon Area Youth Soccer League (BAYSL) between 2008 and 2010.

• Created and supervised a training and competition program for a Dressage Rider obtaining in 3 years:
• 2 Colombian Dressage Championships
• 2 Best Performances - FEI World Dressage Challenge
• Individual Silver Medal - Bolivarian Games 2001
• Team Gold Medal - Bolivarian Games 2001
• Facilitated the process by moving permanently to the US to dramatically change competition / training requirements for the rider.
• Negotiated a sponsorship arrangement to compete at the Pan-American level.
• Generated a public relations strategy to fully introduce the athlete’s good name and excellent professional reputation in the Dressage community of the US.

• Hired and led a staff of 5 professional soccer coaches for the most winning professional soccer club in Colombia.
• Coached an unprecedented 26 players from the Youth Divisions to 1^st Division soccer teams. At least 4 players played on for the Colombian  National Team.
